Empowering You to Live a Resilient Life
Integrating neuroscience, frequency medicine and holistic care — where science meets intuition for lasting resilience.
Welcome
I’m Dr. Anaiah Christensen, DC, PAK—a Certified Applied Kinesiology and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner, currently pursuing my Diplomate in Functional Neurology. My approach to care is multidisciplinary and neuro-centric, combining evidence-based techniques like Quantum Neurology, Wholistic Methylation nutritional protocols, advanced myofascial release, and movement-based sports performance strategies. I also integrate frequency medicine, red light therapy, aromatherapy, Bach flower essences, and homeopathic remedies to support the body’s innate capacity to heal.
A core question that guides my work is: "How do you respond to life?" This question shifts the lens from simply managing symptoms to understanding how your nervous system adapts to stress, emotions, environment, and internal imbalances. Your ability to respond—or the patterns in how you can’t—offers insight into brain-body communication. Whether you're stuck in fight-or-flight, emotionally numb, or physically exhausted, these responses tell your deeper story. By asking this question, we uncover hidden dysfunctions and create space to rewire resilience—so you can move from survival into strength, regulation, and empowered living.

Ho’omana
The heart behind what I do:
In Hawaiian, the word "mana" ("mah-nah") means life force energy. The word "ho’o" ("hoh-oh") means to make. Together, Ho'omana is the empowerment of life! Living a Ho'omana life is a daily decision, starting with how we react to life and all the experiences it brings.
Ho‘omana is the heart behind my practice—restoring power where it’s been lost in the nervous system, the mind, and the body. In the context of Neuro Resilience Training, Ho‘omana reflects the belief that healing begins when we help the brain reclaim its ability to regulate, respond, and repair.
Whether it’s through neurological testing, nervous system re-patterning, or energy-based tools, every element of my work is designed to reconnect you to your body’s innate intelligence.
Ho‘omana is about restoring that inner strength—so your brain becomes more adaptive, your body more resilient, and your healing more complete.
Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it.
Quality of life is in direct relationship to how we react to life's experiences.
How we react to life is determined by how resilient our brain and nervous system are

I love that my supplementation plan is targeted because I am no longer throwing away money on products that aren’t benefiting me or work against me. And when my body needs adjusting, Anaiah gets it back into alignment, relieving the discomfort. Being treated by Anaiah has facilitated so many positive changes in my spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being 💚!

Dr. Anaiah works with patients experiencing a wide range of issues related to nervous system dysregulation—such as fatigue, brain fog, migraines, chronic pain, dizziness, gut dysfunction, POTS, dysautonomia, ADHD, hormonal imbalances, mold illness, and emotional stress. Rather than chasing symptoms, the goal is to uncover why your system is stuck and support healing through brain-body restoration, personalized nutrition, and emotional stress release.
-
Neuro Resilience is Dr. Anaiah’s unique approach to rebuilding and regulating the nervous system using principles from Functional Neurology and Quantum Neurology. It focuses on enhancing your brain’s ability to adapt, heal, and respond to life—especially in the face of chronic stress, illness, or trauma. It’s about making your nervous system stronger and more responsive, so you don’t just survive—you thrive.
-
The body is essentially an electrical system housed in a meat sack. I can use any individual muscle as an interface—an indicator—to assess how the body responds when it’s presented with different challenges or concepts. It’s like a feedback loop that helps me tap into the nervous system’s reactions in real time.

Chiropractic is about far more than back pain. The spine is a gateway to the nervous system, and when properly aligned and supported, it improves everything from brain function to immune regulation. Many people seek care for better sleep, energy, digestion, emotional clarity, and even hormone balance. It’s about how your body functions, not just how it feels.
-
This depends on your individual neuro-flexibility—how adaptable and responsive your nervous system is. In the beginning, more frequent care may be needed to retrain dysfunctional patterns and create lasting change. Over time, the goal is to build a more resilient system that holds its own without constant intervention. Your adjustment schedule will be personalized based on objective neurological findings.
-
Chiropractic care is extremely safe when delivered by a trained, licensed professional. Dr. Anaiah uses a variety of low-force and neurologically-informed techniques based on what your body needs. With the right approach, chiropractic can be one of the safest and most effective ways to improve nervous system function and overall wellness.
-
Absolutely. Chiropractic doesn’t have to involve traditional joint “cracking.” Dr. Anaiah uses tonal, cranial, and neuro-focused techniques that gently influence the nervous system without high-force adjustments. While the traditional adjustment is powerful, the nervous system can be supported through many pathways—so your care is always scaled to your comfort and neurological needs.
