Empowering You to Live a Resilient Life

Integrating neuroscience, frequency medicine and holistic care — where science meets intuition for lasting resilience.

Welcome

I’m Dr. Anaiah Christensen, DC, PAK — a holistic chiropractor and Professional Applied Kinesiology practitioner.

My work is grounded in a nervous-system-centered, whole-body approach to healing that sees symptoms not as isolated problems, but as meaningful expressions of how the brain-body system has adapted under stress. I draw from chiropractic, applied kinesiology, neuro-emotional work, functional neurology, advanced myofascial release, movement-based rehabilitation, nutritional and methylation support, and selected energetic or frequency-based tools to help reduce interference and restore the body’s capacity for coherent regulation.

At the center of my work is a guiding question:

How is your system responding to life?

This question shifts the conversation beyond symptom management and into a deeper investigation of pattern, perception, physiology, and meaning. The body is not random. Your stress responses, compensations, fatigue, emotional patterns, and structural tensions all reveal something about how your nervous system is organizing around the pressures it has encountered.

Whether you feel stuck in survival mode, chronically inflamed, neurologically overwhelmed, hormonally dysregulated, emotionally shut down, or physically exhausted, these patterns are not meaningless. They are signals. They tell a story about the relationship between your brain, body, environment, and adaptive capacity.

My work is shaped by an evolving thesis of the brain-body connectome: the understanding that healing is not merely local or mechanical, but relational, asymmetric, and dynamic. Structure influences perception. Perception influences physiology. Physiology influences movement, cognition, emotion, and resilience. What often appears as dysfunction may, in fact, be a system doing its best to survive under unresolved constraint.

The goal is not simply to suppress symptoms.
It is to restore coherence.
To improve adaptability.
To help your system regain the capacity to respond well.

This is the work of moving from compensation toward capacity, from fragmentation toward integration, and from survival toward embodied resilience.

Ho’omana

The heart behind what I do:

In Hawaiian, the word mana (“mah-nah”) refers to spiritual power, vitality, or life force. The word ho‘o (“hoh-oh”) means to make, activate, or bring into being. Together, Ho‘omana speaks to the impartation or restoration of living strength.

For me, Ho‘omana is the heart behind my work.

It names the process of restoring power where there has been interference, fragmentation, or loss of coherence in the brain-body system. It reflects my belief that healing is not about forcing the body, but about helping it recover the conditions in which it can regulate, adapt, repair, and organize well again.

Ho‘omana is about the restoration of relationship — between brain and body, structure and physiology, stress and meaning, perception and response. It is the movement from survival patterns and chronic compensation toward greater coherence, resilience, and embodied capacity.

Whether through neurological assessment, chiropractic care, nervous system re-patterning, brain-body interpretation, or integrative therapeutic tools, every part of my work is designed to reduce interference and reconnect you with your body’s innate organizing intelligence.

Ho‘omana is the restoration of living strength
so the nervous system becomes more adaptive,
the body more coherent,
and healing more deeply integrated.
